Christine Inserra: Rogers Park
Christine Inserra teaches the Alexander Technique on the north-side of Chicago. She is a licensed physical therapist since 1982; a certified teacher of the Feldenkrais Method and has extensive training in Russian Neuromuscular Reeducation manual techniques. She works with clients who are able bodied as well as physically challenged. Clients with medically diagnosed physical problems can get her help using insurance as she is a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross, Humana and Medicare. Other carriers can be billed as out of network submissions.
In addition to her private teaching practice, she sees residents at the Admiral on the Lake Physical Outpatient Therapy Clinic. Christine’s other interests include Qi Gong, singing in amateur ensembles for over 30 years; she loves dance, gardening, horseback riding and bird watching.
